Pleasant surprise!

I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid response and attention given to our small job. My past experience with repair companies was if the job was small you would be ignored for weeks. Prime Home Improvements immediately gave as an appointment; unfortunately nothing could be done because of the rain. The following day they showed up very early and took advantage of the dry morning to do the job. They worked quickly and well . The proof was that very later in the afternoon we had a terrible storm and roof has not leaked again.

As agreed and ahead of time!

It is relatively rare to have a contractor do precisely what they had agreed to do ahead of time. I had a discussion about that with Prime Home Improvements when they came to give me the estimate. The Prime Team stated that they were going to restore my faith in contractors. And so they did. The crew was on-time, professional, polite, and competent. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to complete the job in just a couple of days. I know something about construction, and so I also know that the work was done without taking shortcuts. The foreman, Marcel, was responsive to adjustments to the job that I requested during the process. Fabio, who came for the venting, had the roof open and completely re-sealed within three hours. I am hiring Prime again to do some masonry work.

Outstanding work

Outstanding work is done by every single employee. The Prime Home Improvements team gave us million dollar makeover to my tired-looking 1962 home and made it look easy. Watching the rhythm to these guys work was like watching a symphony. Everyone knew what to do and they all worked together to get the job done. These guys are the “needle in the haystack” of contractors because you don’t come by them too often. 5-star company. You should call them!

Contractor from Heaven!

Many of us Home owners, have either hired or heard of the contractor from h***. Well rest easy, I found one that’s from heaven, Prime Home Improvements. I have to say they are fabulous. From the minute I met Gino who came out to give me an estimate I felt he knew what he was talking about and the price was great. The next week the work started, They were on time! Marcel and his team of men are the hardest workers I have seen. These men didn’t stop, there was no beer drinking and no swearing, An hour for lunch and the rest was hard work from 7:30am to 7:30pm. At the end of each day They cleaned up. On the final day of my siding being installed Gino Came by to check on the job and to see if I was happy. I was very pleased, Our home looks great I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience with Prime Home Improvements was a positive one. Mel is friendly and knowledgeable and the subcontractors he hired to work in my home were pleasant and respectful. Prime have been exceptional throughout the duration of our home renovation project. When initially bidding it was clear our zip code meant that less scrupulous contractors would significantly inflate their bids in the hope we’d simply say yes! Mel gave honest feedback on our plans, helped with design ideas, introduced us to various suppliers and oversaw all aspects of the project from beginning to end.
The team arrived early, worked all day with limited breaks and cleaned up after themselves each night which was important as our family lived in the house throughout the project. When any issues arose Mel actioned them immediately and has had no issue sending people back to fix items which I’m sure other contractors would simply ignore.
We will be using Prime for any other work moving forward

Prime Building recently completed a major exterior renovation on my house - new siding and new roofing which needed the old layers completely removed. I also added a few special touches with stone work and a small copper eye-brow roof above my bow window. I had four companies quote the project and chose Prime, and am very glad I did. I worked with Mel who had a strong creative sense and was very good in terms of communication on the steps of the project. Each crew did a nice job and dovetailed into one another in a timely fashion. The masonry crew to the roofing crew to the siding crew to the copper artisans to the gutter crew. Even the final touches Mel ensured were completed quickly (new lantern lights, door-step, etc) before we deemed the project complete. I am extremely satisfied with the work,how the project moved along and at how beautiful the house looks now.
